Key Account Director – Leisure は、日本市場における主要レジャー分野の戦略的パートナーの成功を牽引する役割を担い、グローバルセールス組織の中で重要なリーダーシップポジションを占めます。本役職は、日本国内の主要なレジャー系旅行会社/DMC、OTA、グループ顧客など、10社超の戦略的アカウントポートフォリオを統括し、インバウンド(日本への送客)およびアウトバウンド(日本から世界5,500以上のAccorホテルへの送客)ビジネスの成長を推進します(PMEおよびLL両ディビジョンを含む)。

2025年、このポートフォリオは3,000万ユーロの売上を創出しました。本ポジションは、戦略的変革の推進、ダイレクトコネクティビティの加速、主要旅行パートナーとの戦略的連携や優先パートナーシップを通じた未開拓ポテンシャルの開放において中心的な役割を担います。

The Key Account Director – Leisure is responsible for steering the success of the key strategic leisure operators across the Japan, plays a critical leadership role within the global sales organization, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of +10 strategic leisure tour operator/DMCs, OTAs, Group accounts Japan driving inbound business to Japan and outbound business from Japan to +5,500 Accor properties globally across both PME and LL divisions.

In 2025, this portfolio delivered EUR 30 million in revenue, this role leads the charge in driving strategic transformation, accelerating direct connectivity, and unlocking untapped potential through strategic collaboration and preferred partnerships with key travel partners.

It is instrumental in shaping and executing the regional implementation of the global Leisure Distribution strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth, fostering high-impact partnerships, and enhancing the company’s market leadership.

主要レジャー系アカウントの収益最大化を目的に、戦略的パートナー(TO/DMC、OTA、グループアカウント)を統括し、ホテルへの戦略指導・営業支援を行う。アカウント別の戦略プランを策定し、上層部との関係構築を通じて商談、契約、インセンティブ施策を推進。ワークショップやレビューを通じてホテルとパートナー間の連携を強化し、新規ビジネス創出、FITのダイナミック化、収益改善機会の特定を行う。

アカウント分析

繁忙期・需要期に備えた商業計画を先回りして実行し、動的な市場環境下で収益最大化に貢献。社内向けに行動可能なインサイトを提供し、意思決定とアカウント成果改善を支援。

ビジネスプランニング

レジャー流通戦略を地域レベルで実行し、戦略的販売・マーケティング方針を策定。分配モデルを最適化し、MEA/APAC/グローバルとの連携を図りながら利益性と運用効率を高める。

市場インテリジェンス

市場動向・競合・顧客行動を継続的にモニタリングし、成長機会を特定。データと地域・グローバルトレンドを活用し、パートナーのニーズ変化を先読みした迅速な戦略策定を実現する。

Account Management

Oversees key leisure accounts (TOs/DMCs, OTAs, group partners), driving top-line revenue and providing strategic direction to hotels. Develops tailored account strategies, builds senior‑level relationships, negotiates global agreements, and leads initiatives to increase partner engagement, revenue share, and loyalty. Facilitates collaboration through workshops and reviews, identifies new business opportunities, and accelerates the shift from static FIT to dynamic models while driving competitive YOY growth.

Account Analysis

Proactively manages commercial planning ahead of peak periods and delivers clear, actionable performance insights to internal stakeholders to support strategic decisions and improve account outcomes.

Business Planning

Leads regional execution of the global Leisure Distribution Strategy, developing sales and marketing initiatives that enhance revenue and loyalty. Optimizes distribution models and collaborates closely with MEA, APAC, and global teams to ensure aligned, scalable commercial frameworks.

Market Intelligence

Monitors market trends, competitors, and client behaviors to identify growth opportunities. Leverages data, regional insights, and global travel trends to anticipate shifts in partner needs and demand, enabling proactive strategy development and rapid decision‑making.

• 学士号保持者(Business、Tourism、Hotel Management が望ましいが必須ではない)。
• ホテル業界で5年以上の経験があり、ホテルオペレーションとセールスを十分に理解していること。
• Fluency in Japanese and English, additional language is a plus.
• Advance in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge on sales CRM and Tools : Salesforce and CVENT.
• Strong knowledge of Leisure Distribution landscape Have an entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, know how to prioritize, comfortable in leading change
• Bachelor Degree (Business Management, Tourism or Hotel Management Preferred but not essential)
• 5+ years’ experience in the hotel industry with a sound understanding of Hotel operations & sales
