What you’ll do

• Conduct research on inclusion and AI trends and best practices and present findings to support team initiatives.

• Help revamp our Global Impact site in partnership with GIT and Marketing.

• Research and share information with the Global around product and marketplace inclusion.

• Design and create flyers, posters, and promotional materials.

• Assist in planning and executing community engagement activities.

• Coordinate communication with stakeholders and track outreach effectiveness.

• Provide logistical support for team member resource group events and programming.

About you

• Ability to analyze outreach data and translate findings into actionable insights to improve communication strategies and engagement efforts.

• Familiarity with organizing and coordinating virtual and in-person events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.

• A strong understanding of inclusion strategies, particularly in the context of AI, and the ability to stay ahead of emerging trends and best practices.

Nice to have skill

Strong writing skills to create compelling content for flyers, posters, and other promotional materials.Experience with tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com to help organize and track project timelines, tasks, and team collaboration.

• The program will run from May 18th, 2026 to August 7th, 2026

• Subsidized housing is available upon request

• Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays are mandatory “In Office” days in our Detroit Office

Pursuant to the various pay transparency laws/acts, the base salary range is $25 per hour. Compensation is dependent on geography and may vary.
