As a Trainee in our Global People Expand team, you'll have the chance to work with international colleagues on global topics that enhance learning experiences, support data-driven HR initiatives and contribute to impactful development solutions.
 
Your Tasks 
• Support the design and execution of global performance management, career development or talent management initiatives. 
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, dashboards reports and communication materials. 
• Contribute to research and benchmarking on Global People EXPAND topics. 
• Analyze user feedback and data to improve our tools, processes and products. 
• Collaborate with team members across HR, IT and business units in international business environment. 
• Participate in project planning, documentation and tracking. 
• Take part in team meetings, OKR reviews and agile routines. 
• Bring curiosity and your learning mindset to every task – your ideas matter. 
• You have an active student status for at least one more year (under age of 25 can be also passive)
• You can commit to minimum 20-25 hours of work per week (35-40 hours is a plus)
• You are currently studying in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field. 
• You have a strong interest in any of these fields: Learning & Development, Career Development, Talent Management, HR Data/Analytics or Digital HR Tools. 
• You have excellent communication skills in English, preferably also German. 
• You are tech-savvy and ideally familiar with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); Power BI, Miro or other tools are a plus. 
• You are proactive, structured and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment. 
• You enjoy working in a team and have strong collaboration and coordination skills.
