Who we are


This position is part of a globally acting HR functional and technical support team that offers guidance and support for global HR IT template solutions. It acts as a central point of contact for the HR community around the world using the global HR solutions. Most of the received support requests shall be solved independently by the Global HR Product Manager, while certain requests will be routed to the internal and/or external application support organization. Most of the support requests are related to maintenance of Organization Management, best possible use of template solution, reporting requests, permission assignment, or service requests such as mass uploads or maintenance of global data fields. For now the focus will be on the SAP SuccessFactors Platform, including the modules Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding. In addition to support requests, the Global HR Functional Support team will also contribute to project work related to the Global HR IT template solutions involved.


What we expect

Act as a single point of contact for the HR community around the world for topics related to functional and technical support of global HR IT template solutions.
Resolve independently most of the received support requests, forwarding tickets to internal/external application management team where required
Execute recurring service requests such as mass uploads, maintenance of global data fields or business structure
Support to improve the product/user adoption of global HR IT template solutions
Contribute to project work related to global HR IT template solution
Act as a product manager for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
Collaborate with internal/external application management team on new releases, make recommendations to HR community on how to best utilize existing/upcoming system functionalities to best support HR business processes

Who we are looking for

Degree in business administration, computer science or equal business experiences
3+ years proven experience in a support organization for SAP SuccessFactors
Solid functional expertise of SAP SuccessFactors
Must have technical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding, and desirable experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
Consulting experience or mindset with the ability to effectively collaborate with business and IT partners and to foster strong relationships with them to aid successful project delivery
You are experienced in managing stakeholders in a multi-cultural global environment.
Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory (B2).
A proactive, flexible and independent working style, requiring limited guidance and with the ability to perform tasks to a high degree of accuracy You have a dynamic personality and you are confident in ambiguous situations
You are a team player with a collaborative and pragmatic style, strong analytical and strategic skills
