The Role

We’re looking for a passionate Recruiter to support our Global Go-To-Market (GTM) organization and scale hiring efforts to the next level. You’ll execute strategies to attract, assess, and hire best-in-class talent for teams including Sales, Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, Partner Management, and more. You’ll play a key part in building a world-class GTM team, partnering closely with hiring managers, providing hiring guidance, and coaching on interview best practices.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively source candidates through various recruiting channels, including our ATS (Greenhouse), direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter), social networks, and beyond.

• Own and manage the entire recruitment process for the full spectrum of sales roles

• Build close relationships and trust with hiring managers and teams, securing an understanding of role requirements and teams by conducting effective job kick-off meetings.

• Manage the full recruitment process, including generating accurate offers (with correct draw calculations for sales roles), maintaining exceptional attention to detail in all offer documentation, and closing requisitions by appropriately informing unsuccessful applicants.

• Efficiently report on vacancy hiring progress, utilise our ATS system (Greenhouse) to track, schedule, and record candidate journey and feedback

• Be a BeyondTrust advocate, an expert at telling our story and uncovering candidates’ motivators, purpose, and experience

• Ensure interview panels are well-prepared and deliver a consistent, fair, and exceptional candidate experience. Develop and standardize thoughtful interview processes.

• Continuously evaluate and provide ideas and feedback to help improve our recruiting systems and processes, making them more efficient and effective for both candidates and hiring managers.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting within Sales and Go-To-Market functions in the software/SaaS industry (APAC and US hiring experience a bonus)

• Proven in-house recruiter with experience partnering directly with internal teams to understand business needs and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes

• You have a knack for building strong relationships and trust with both candidates and hiring managers, enhancing the overall recruitment process

• Strong collaborator who shares knowledge and works cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Immigration, Compensation & Benefits, and Finance.

• Expert LinkedIn Recruiter user and outbound sourcer

• You’re ready to dive into any task, no matter how big or small, to effectively manage and support the TA team

• You are highly organized, working with a strong sense of urgency, and can quickly prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Proven ability to coach and influence hiring teams on interview best practices, structured evaluation techniques, and consistency in the hiring process.
