Job Description:
Primary Purpose:
Responsible for smooth and efficient processing of freight invoices audit and payment to support accounting policies and to support providing a door to door transportation cost visibility for the business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Ensure rate tables & other back office tables are set up correctly in CTSI (Molex’s Global Freight Management System) for smooth freight invoices audit.
2. Work with Regional Logistics Managers/reps to clear freight invoices from Exception Handling (EH).
3. Proactively identify root cause and seek improvements to reduce freight invoices from hitting Exception Handling (EH).
4. Answer queries from internal customers & freight forwarders.
5. Develop transportation cost reports.
6. Write/revise training documentation when needed.
7. Provide guidance/training when needed.
8. Meet targeted Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
9. Understand, support and contribute to Market Based Management (MBM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Abilities:
1. Fluent in writing and spoken English is mandatory.
2. Expert level knowledge in use of Excel and Access database.
3. Sound analytical and problem solving skills.
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate the ability to express ideas and exchange information clearly and concisely.
5. Able to pick up knowledge of functional processes and workflows easily.
6. Navigate systems and applications with minimum supervision.
7. Able to anticipate, organize, execute and self-monitor workload.
