We’re building the next phase of Better Collective. Collaboration and decision making with financial and data knowledge plays a key role. You’ll be joining the company at an exciting time: following a comprehensive restructuring last year, we transitioned from a regional setup to a global organizational structure. As a result, you’ll work closely with leaders across Europe, North America, and South America.
We’re looking for a numbers-strong, proactive, good bridge-building, Global Finance Business Partner. A key role that will strengthen decision-making across the business.
The Role
As Global Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the business, supporting them with financial insights, analysis, and guidance. You will play a central role in translating numbers into clear recommendations and helping teams make informed, data-driven decisions.
The role is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, where you will join our Global Finance Department that also includes the global BI department.
Responsibilities
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to support planning, forecasting, and performance follow-ups.
• Provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making while also daring to challenge assumptions.
• Drive global budget processes and continuous forecasting in collaboration with relevant teams
• Analyze financial and non-financial KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support business- and investment cases and ad-hoc financial analyses
• Act as a sparring partner to senior leaders, challenging assumptions and ensuring financial informed decisions
• Contribute to improving financial processes, tools, and reporting structures
• Collaborate closely with the wider finance and BI team to ensure alignment and high data quality
