At Lenus, you'll set the creative direction, drive campaigns from concept to delivery, and tell the stories that make our brand impossible to ignore - playing a central role in how the world sees and feels Lenus.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a Global Creative Lead who owns the visual direction, creative execution and storytelling of the Lenus brand. You think in concepts, stories, and systems - and you translate brand strategy into visuals that stop people mid-scroll. You lead with a point of view and don't wait to be briefed into greatness; you bring ideas to the table and drive them through to delivery. You're as comfortable sketching a campaign concept as you are exporting the final asset. You move fast without cutting corners, hold a high bar for quality, and bring creative conviction to every project - big or small.

This role has no managerial responsibility. You own the craft - end to end.

This is a key role in a newly established Global Brand and Marketing team - small by design, big in impact. You'll be the creative engine at the centre of the team, working closely with the Global Digital Marketing Lead and Brand Activation Lead to ensure great ideas become great output, every time. We're looking for someone with the experience to lead with creative confidence and the hunger to build something the industry notices. Bonus points if you're passionate about fitness, holistic health, or leading a healthy lifestyle.

A strong portfolio demonstrating concept-to-delivery creative work across graphic, video, and motion is required.

Key Responsibilities
Art Direction: Own and evolve the visual direction of Lenus across all brand touchpoints, ensuring every asset feels consistent, and unmistakably Lenus.

• Define and maintain the visual identity system across formats and channels

• Set and uphold the creative bar across all output, from hero campaigns to social content

• Ensure visual consistency across Lenus, Beefit, and Zenfit

• Translate brand strategy into a compelling, distinctive visual language

• Act as the creative sparring partner for the broader team, pushing ideas further and pulling output up

Design & Editing: Lead the hands-on production of creative assets across graphic design, video, and motion - from concept through to final delivery.

• Own creative execution across social media, website, campaigns, presentations, and more

• Drive asset delivery with speed and quality - without compromising either

• Manage the content production pipeline in close collaboration with the Global Digital Marketing Lead and Brand Activation Lead.

• Brief and direct external creative partners, freelancers, and production vendors where needed

Storytelling & Communication: Shape how Lenus communicates - visually and verbally - so our brand narrative connects with clarity and impact.

• Develop campaign concepts and creative territories that resonate with our audience

• Write and craft copy that supports the visual work - headlines, scripts, captions, presentations

• Partner with the Digital Marketing Lead and Brand Activation Lead to ensure creative output hits across every channel

Qualifications
We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:

• 4+ years across art direction, creative production, and design execution

• A strong portfolio spanning graphic, video, and motion work

• Hands-on proficiency across the tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and/or equivalent

• Experience developing campaign concepts and seeing them through to final output

• A social-first instinct - you understand what performs on Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond

• Strong communication and writing skills - you can craft a brief as well as a caption

• An understanding of how creative connects to results — you think about impact, not just aesthetics

• Comfortable running multiple projects and formats simultaneously

• Fluent in English; Danish is a bonus

The Team
You'll be joining the Global Brand and Marketing team - small by design, big in impact. The team is made up of a Global Digital Marketing lead, Global Brand Activation Lead, and Global Podcast Lead, each owning their domain end-to-end and pushing each other to do their best work. You'll report directly to the Director of Global Brand and Marketing.
Based in Copenhagen, you will collaborate with colleagues across different functions, contributing to a dynamic and international work environment.
