Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Global Compliance Risks & Auditing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct global compliance audits to evaluate adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement risk assessment methodologies to identify areas of potential compliance vulnerabilities across the organization.
• Create comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and compliance improvement plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of audit findings and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Provide training and support to teams on compliance requirements and best practices for risk mitigation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 0-2 years of experience in compliance auditing, risk management, or internal controls within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards affecting the industry.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in audit tools and methodologies, along with strong Microsoft Office skills.
