We are looking for a Global Campaign & Content Specialist who can translate complex scientific knowledge into compelling global campaigns, build integrated omnichannel communication strategies, and shape how our innovations reach nutritionists, veterinarians, and feed producers worldwide.

About the Role 

We are looking for a Global Campaign & Content Specialist who can transform scientific expertise into impactful, integrated marketing campaigns for our brands (Innovad & Herbonis). 

In this role, you will lead the development of science-driven B2B campaigns that connect innovation with the real challenges faced by nutritionists, veterinarians, feed producers, and integrators worldwide. With 5+ years of marketing experience, you understand how to build campaigns that educate the market, strengthen brand credibility, and support commercial growth. 

You will play a key role in defining global campaign narratives and influencing how our innovations are positioned in the market. You will design and manage integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns that combine technical credibility with creative storytelling. Working closely with R&D, technical teams, regional sales teams, and the communication team, you will ensure our campaigns are globally consistent, locally adaptable, and strategically aligned with business objectives. 

This role requires someone who combines strategic thinking, creativity, and operational excellence, with the ability to translate complex scientific insights into clear, relevant, and engaging market communication. 

This role will help shape the future marketing approach for our brands globally.

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Campaign Leadership 

Define global campaign themes and narratives aligned with brands strategy. 

Identify market trends, customer pain points, and emerging industry topics to shape campaign direction. 

Lead the development of annual campaign roadmaps. 

Integrated Communication & Omnichannel Execution 

Design integrated marketing campaigns across multiple communication channels, ensuring consistent messaging and coordinated impact. 

Plan and coordinate omnichannel campaign activation. 

Ensure all campaign touchpoints work together to create a cohesive and engaging customer journey. 

Science-to-Market Storytelling 

Work closely with R&D and technical teams to convert research insights into meaningful marketing stories. 

Ensure communication remains scientifically credible while being accessible and engaging. 

Campaign Scalability 

Design campaigns that can be efficiently scaled across multiple regions with adaptable toolkits. 

Provide guidance and support to regional teams to ensure effective campaign activation. 

Brand & Thought Leadership 

Position the brands as a trusted thought leader in animal nutrition through strong campaign narratives aligned with the brand strategies.  

Collaborate with industry media, events, and technical communication channels. 

Campaign Performance & Optimization 

Define campaign KPIs and track performance across channels. 

Analyze key indicators to optimize campaign effectiveness. 

Use insights and data to continuously refine campaign strategy and customer engagement. 

Experience & Qualifications 

Professional Experience 

5+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, campaign management, or strategic marketing roles. 

Proven experience managing international or multi-regional marketing campaigns. 

Strong experience in content-driven marketing and technical storytelling, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging narratives.
