Title - Global Business Process Consultant.
Position: Full Time - Salaried
Location: Multiple Locations - Site Aligned for Aramids Team
Schedule: Full Time
The Aramids business has an open position of Global Business Process Consultant. As Global Business Process Consultant you will be responsible for mapping, designing, and improving and documenting commercial business processes to increase efficiency and ensure consistency across the organization globally.
This role will collaborate with various business units to identify, evaluate, and implement improvements to existing processes, and develop new solutions where needed.
Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do:
Conduct global commercial process mapping and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for maximizing efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and implement process improvements, emphasizing automation and efficiency.
Maintain process documentation and training materials, working with functional leaders to ensure appropriate change management.
Ensure process standardization across all regions.
Maintain pricing measures and metrics as necessary for reporting/analytics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
Works independently with minimal guidance.
Actively solicits inputs and tests assumptions across a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to take new perspectives on existing challenges or problems.
Familiarity with process mapping tools/methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Visio, or Aris is helpful. Strong experience with MS Office Suite, MS Project is a plus.
Familiarity with existing commercial systems such as SAP and/or Salesforce is helpful.
Proficiency in English for verbal and written communication required
