About the Role

Join us as Global Bug Reporting Trainee. Own Groupon's global bug queue for B2B clients. Learn to triage issues, prioritize by impact, and drive fixes across engineering teams in our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage incoming bugs: Analyze logs, APIs (REST/GraphQL), stack traces for root causes.

• Create minimal repros from vague client reports (steps, payloads, screenshots).

• Prioritize via impact score: Severity, client count, SLA risks.

• Manage JIRA backlog: JQL queries, workflows, dashboards; track to deployment.

• Negotiate with PMs/eng for sprint inclusion; communicate simply to clients.

Key Requirements

• Interest in L3 support, tech QA, or incident mgmt in SaaS/B2B (1+ years a plus).

• Basic JIRA and observability tools (Datadog, Kibana, etc.); quick learner.

• Comfort with logs/APIs/stack traces; repro skills developable.

Nice to Have

• SW engineering degree or dev/tester cert.

• Experience with financial/SLA impact scoring.

What Success Looks Like

Bugs triaged accurately; contribute to faster fixes; grow into independent queue owner.
