Your tasks :
As the Global BDR Manager, you will be responsible for managing and scaling a diverse team of 15 Business Development Representatives across Amercias, Europe and MEA
Your primary objective is to drive pipeline generation, improve outbound sales strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead conversion.
• Leadership & Coaching:
Lead, inspire, and develop a global team of 15+ BDRs, spread across 3 main Regions: Americas, MEA and Europe
Direct Management of the Europeand BDR’s
Management of BDR Leads in MEA and Americas
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Cultivate a high-performance, data-driven culture based on transparency, cohesion, and results.
• Strategy & Operations:
Design and execute global BDR playbooks and outbound strategies aligned with DiliTrust’s revenue objectives.
Align closely with regional Account Executives (AEs) to ensure smooth handoffs and feedback loops.
Drive multichannel prospecting strategies using phone, email, LinkedIn, and marketing automation tools.
• Data & Optimization:
Set KPIs and track performance metrics across regions.
Utilize CRM and sales enablement tools to monitor performance and implement process improvements.
Identify automation and AI opportunities to scale outreach and qualification efforts.
• Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and regional Sales Leaders to coordinate campaigns and pipeline acceleration.
Ensure best practice sharing and standardization across geographies while allowing for local adaptation
Your profile:
• 10+ years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development, with 5+ years in a managerial or team lead role, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of building, leading, and scaling global or multi-regional BDR teams.
• Strong grasp of modern outbound tactics, CRM (e.g., Hubspot), and sales automation tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English / French; additional languages (Italian, Spanish, German, etc.) are a plus.
• Passionate about Legal Tech, SaaS, and high-growth environments.
