Description and Requirements
The Global Account Manager – Acquisition Sales is a focused on winning new enterprise customers and expanding Lenovo’s footprint across strategic global accounts. This role is designed for a high-energy acquisition seller who thrives on opening doors, building value-based narratives, and converting prospects into long-term Lenovo customers. The position operates in a hybrid working model and requires frequent on-site customer engagement and travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute acquisition territory and account plans to convert prospects into Lenovo customers
Generate and drive first wins within new accounts to unlock further engagement and growth
Build and maintain executive-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders
Create compelling value propositions using structured sales storytelling (e.g. why meet, why now, why Lenovo)
Coordinate cross-functional teams to advance opportunities through the sales funnel
Work closely with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators to activate the ecosystem
Deliver accurate weekly forecasts and pipeline updates through Lenovo’s internal systems
Achieve revenue and profitability targets across multiple Lenovo product and solution portfolios
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in B2B acquisition sales, ideally within enterprise or technology environments
Strong capability to independently build and execute strategic sales and account plans
Demonstrated success engaging executive and enterprise-level decision makers
Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish and additional languages are an advantage
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a results-oriented mindset
High resilience, persistence, and ability to perform in a target-driven environment
Entrepreneurial, self-starting profile with high energy, agility, and confidence
