THE ROLE
As the Global Account Director, you will lead the high-stakes, multi-regional partnership between Everpure and key Global System Integrators (GSIs) headquartered or heavily anchored in France. France represents a strategic hub for several of the world’s largest GSIs, making this a critical role in scaling Everpure’s global partner ecosystem.
This role will primarily focus on expanding Everpure’s footprint across the broader French GSI ecosystem, including Accenture, DXC, Kyndryl, and Wipro.
You are the architect of a global growth engine, bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and massive-scale digital transformation. By orchestrating a seamless "ropes to the ground" strategy across EMEA and LATAM, you will transform these alliances into dominant revenue drivers that redefine how the world’s largest enterprises consume data.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Architect Multi-GSI Strategy: Own the end-to-end health and growth of key GSIs in France (Accenture, DXC, Kyndryl, and Wipro).
• Align Innovation: Develop joint Go-To-Market (GTM) frameworks that align Everpure’s innovations with the GSIs’ strategic consulting priorities to capture untapped market share.
• Drive Revenue & Pipeline: Lead joint demand generation activities and white-space identification to hit aggressive booking targets through high-impact field execution.
• Forge Executive Alliances: Act as the primary "go-to" resource for CXO-level decision-makers and Delivery leaders across the French GSI landscape, building value propositions linked to core industry drivers.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Teams: Lead a unified, global "virtual team" across Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure a frictionless technology execution plan.
• Master Commercial Negotiation: Establish and manage strategic global contract frameworks and complex cloud migrations (e.g., EDP/MACC).
WHAT YOU BRING
• Strategic Alliance Mastery: Proven expertise in managing large-scale GSI partnerships or business development, specifically navigating the complex organizational structures of firms like Accenture, Kyndryl, or DXC.
• Cloud & Marketplace Fluency: Deep technical and commercial understanding of hyperscaler ecosystems and modern contractual consumption models.
• Executive Influence: Exceptional business acumen with the ability to translate technical features into tangible business outcomes for senior technology leaders.
• Global Mobility: Ability to travel internationally (approximately 30%) to support EMEA and LATAM market needs.
• Bilingual Business Fluency: Professional-level proficiency in French and English is essential to lead negotiations and manage stakeholders across French-headquartered GSIs and our global offices.
• Location: Based in the Paris, France office.
