The Glazing Service Superintendent role is a full-time position and is open due to tremendous growth we have experienced!

A Day in the Life:
· Ensure that all revisions/change orders are properly documented and accounted for
· Daily review with Service Manager on project and billing progress
· Completion of various reports, including Service Request/Field Report and work order
· Dispatch calls to field technicians, providing all necessary job information prior to their arrival on site
· Build relationships and maintain close contact with customers during project activity
· Regular site visits focused on QAQC and field development

Field Crew Support
· Compliance to regional Health and Safety requirements and Flynn policies
· Monitor quality, safety, and training requirements through regular visits to project sites
· Order and manage Service Inventory, material best practices, and safety equipment distribution
· Identification, training and coaching future Foremen

What We Are Seeking
· 5+ years experience in a Construction environment; Service Glazing experience is preferred
· Knowledge of COMMERCIAL GLAZING Projects of varying size and scope, including curtainwall, exterior façade systems, metal cladding, interior glazing, skylights and handrails, etc.
· Ability to read blueprints, architectural plans and shop drawings
· Process and results driven
· Ability to lead crews, coach and mentor team
