The Glazing Service Account Manager is responsible for growing the glazing service business, building strong customer relationships, preparing accurate estimates, and coordinating daily service operations. This role supports both business development and glazing operations within the branch.

A Day in the Life:
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with glazing clients and prospects.
Communicate with customers to understand glazing needs and provide tailored repair or replacement solutions.
Prepare accurate glazing takeoffs, estimates, proposals, and work orders.
Review glazing drawings, specifications, scope, and contract requirements.
Follow up on glazing quotes, tenders, inspections, and service opportunities.
Attend client meetings and glazing‑related industry and association events.
Lead, schedule, and support glazing Service Technicians and field crews.
Dispatch glazing technicians with complete job details, drawings, and safety requirements.
Conduct site visits to assess glazing repair work, quality, safety, and training needs.
Provide technical support for glazing repairs, replacements, leak investigations, and service recommendations.
Document glazing change orders, site conditions, service requests, and project updates thoroughly.

What We Are Seeking:
Experience in a glazing environment is required; service roofing, or sales experience is considered an asset.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with strong time management abilities.
Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A relationship-focused mindset with a passion for client service and business growth.
Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to expand Flynn’s service offerings.
Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific tools such as Bluebeam and AutoCAD.
Solid understanding of contract documents and estimating principles.
