Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented GL Accountant Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform monthly related parties’reconciliation and resolve intercompany
differences to facilitate the group consolidation.
• Ensure accounting records comply with International Financial Reporting Standards
(IFRS).
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and supporting documentation.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Prepare and post monthly accrual entries to ensure proper expense recognition.
• Monitor and record prepaid expenses amortization monthly.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Assist in financial reporting and support internal and external audit requirements
while following internal control policies.
• Support in tracing and investigating ERP system account mapping errors and
coordinating with the ERP team to resolve them
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or IFRS Diploma is preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, preferably within audit firm, a multinational company or a group structure.
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Experience in general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and financial closing processes.
• Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Oracle EBS, SAP, or similar systems).
