Your responsibilities
• Performing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Preparing and posting journal entries in the General Ledger
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
• Supporting fixed assets, intercompany, and accruals processes
• Preparing financial reports and analysis for internal stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Executing other standard RTR processes as needed, acting as back up
Our requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in RTR / General Ledger accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Experience with month-end close and reconciliations
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience in transition projects- would be an asset
• Advanced Excel skills are a plus
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
• Availability to work on-site in Gdynia 4 days per week. After 2–3 months, transition to a hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office.
