We are looking for reinforcement for our accounting  department in Germany, Poland or Czechia as

GL Accountant (all genders)

This tasks will help you grow: 

Independent management of financial accounting for our Czech permanent establishment

Asset accounting for all German companies incl. permanent establishments abroad

Participation in the timely preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of our German companies

Execution of payments and cooperation in cash management

Support in all tax matters, including advance VAT returns and annual tax returns, in cooperation with the tax advisor

Preparation of reports and analyses

Compilation of statistics for the German authorities

Collaboration in the ongoing optimization of accounting processes

Collaboration in the implementation of a new ERP system

This is how you help us move forward: 

Successfully completed studies in business administration or successfully completed training in the commercial sector, ideally as an balance sheet accountant.

(First) Professional experience in accounting

Very good knowledge of HGB (German Commercial Code), IFRS

Good knowledge of German tax law

Ability to work in a team and reliability

Very good language skills of German and English, both written and spoken, ideally knowledge of Polish and/or Czech language.

Confident handling of the MS Office package and user knowledge in an ERP system (ideally Navision)
