About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented GIS Web Map and Application Specialist (Part-Time) to support our geospatial data initiatives and GIS application development. This role combines traditional GIS analysis with modern web mapping technologies to deliver comprehensive spatial solutions.

Job Duties

• Conduct spatial data analysis and editing using GIS tools like ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro.

• Design, Develop and maintain web-based mapping applications using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise as well as tools like ArcGIS Experience Builder.

• Manage enterprise geodatabases on SQL Server and Postgres SQL to ensure data quality and integrity.

• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using ArcGIS Dashboards.

• Publish and configure map services and feature services for various applications.

• Generate comprehensive web maps, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders.

• Work closely with data engineering, data science, product, and software development teams to ensure seamless integration of GIS solutions to use in our internal products and workflows.

• Engage proactively with team members for feedback and be comfortable with hands-on training and tutorials.
