GIS Specialist – High-Speed Rail (BIM–GIS)
Positions: 1 | Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore | Experience: 12–14 years
Role Overview
Lead BIM–GIS integration to build and maintain the HSR corridor Digital Twin (alignment, stations, depots, tunnels), enabling planning, design coordination, land/utility management, and asset readiness.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Develop BIM - GIS workflows for corridor, stations, depots, tunnels, utilities, and assets.
• Manage geospatial databases (ROW, parcels, utilities, constraints, permits, environment).
• Publish maps/dashboards for design interface, construction staging, and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate with BIM Lead/Coordinators and discipline leads to ensure data consistency.
• Define data standards, naming, metadata, and model-to-asset handover requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s in engineering/architecture/Geomatics/Geography/GIS (Master’s preferred).
• 12–14 years on major infrastructure (rail/metro/highways/airports/mega corridors).
• Proven BIM–GIS integration experience; strong spatial analysis & data QA/QC.
• Experience with CDE/EDMS workflows; data governance and version control discipline.
• Programming exposure (Python/SQL) preferred.
Software
ArcGIS/QGIS, Revit/Navisworks/InfraWorks, ACC/ProjectWise, FME (preferred), Python/SQL.
