In this exclusive role, you will take the lead in overseeing the entire gift-wrapping process, ensuring every gift is wrapped to perfection with a touch of elegance and luxury befitting Royal Palace guests and dignitaries.

Responsibilities

• Make gifts look beautiful and ready for presentation, enhancing the excitement of gift-giving.
• Use wrapping paper, ribbons, and other decorative elements to wrap presents neatly and securely, including specialty packaging like boxes, bags, or tissue paper.
• Ensure wrapping paper is the correct size for each gift, cutting it to fit and covering the gift completely.
• Maintain a well-stocked inventory of wrapping materials, such as paper, ribbons, tags, boxes, and other decorative items.
• Add personalized touches like gift tags, cards, or custom ribbons to make each gift special.
• Ensure the visual appeal of wrapped gifts, checking for creases, tears, or imperfections.
• Wrap various shapes and sizes of gifts, including irregularly shaped items, bottles, and both large and small objects.
• Interact with customers in retail environments to understand their preferences and provide recommendations for gift wrapping.
• Assist in preparing gifts for shipping, ensuring they are securely packed to prevent damage during transport.
• Have a strong understanding of various types of balloons, including designs, sizes, colors, and materials, ensuring the right choice for any occasion.
• Demonstrate creativity by generating fresh and innovative ideas for designing and arranging balloons to create unique and memorable experiences.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in gift wrapping, event coordination, or a related field, with a strong focus on luxury or high-end services.
• Exceptional artistic flair and creativity with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely and flawless execution.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished, professional demeanor for interacting with distinguished guests and dignitaries.
• Experience in handling and wrapping a variety of gift types, including irregularly shaped items and high-value presents.
• Knowledge of premium gift-wrapping materials, tools, and techniques, with an understanding of current trends in luxury presentation.
• High standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all workspaces.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, high-profile environment, maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
• A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Must be currently available in UAE

Benefits:
Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 (based on experience)
