Job Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in client management, post-sales, or Technical Assistance Service (SAT).
• Previous experience in technical service environments or home technical assistance companies is a plus.
• Vocational or technical training is valued but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
• Daily management of routes for approximately 6 technicians (mainly within Madrid and Barcelona, occasionally other regions in Spain).
• Receiving and managing client incidents via email and phone (calls are less frequent but necessary on occasion).
• Coordinating access to client facilities.
• Sending delivery notes and tracking repair status.
• Preparing repair budgets..
Skills:
• Operational organization and planning.
• Effective communication with clients and technicians.
• Functional knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to learn ERP systems quickly.
• Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.
• Service-oriented mindset.
