Desde Autohero buscamos un/a Teleoperador/a de Atención al Cliente con experiencia en el área financiera, para unirse a nuestro equipo de Autohero en Madrid.

Si tienes conocimientos en gestión de financiaciones o créditos, así como unas excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente ¡esta es tu oportunidad!

Qué ofrecemos

- Contrato indefinido.

- Horario: Sábado a Martes de 10:00h a 20:00h y Miércoles de 9:00h a 13:00h

- Zona de trabajo: Madrid (Cuzco - Plaza Castilla)

- Retribución flexible + beneficios de empresa.

- Gestionar las financiaciones derivadas de la venta de vehículos de Autohero.

- Actuar como intermediario entre financieras y clientes, manteniendo contacto telefónico constante.

- Atender consultas telefónicas de clientes sobre la financiación de sus vehículos.

- Revisar, clasificar y registrar la documentación de las operaciones tramitadas.

- Experiencia en gestoría, tratando documentación sensible y en atención al cliente (preferiblemente en el sector automotriz).

- Conocimientos básicos sobre vehículos y su documentación.

- Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y atención al detalle.

- Nivel intermedio de Excel.
