🚀 Job Opening: Gestor de proyectos SEO & GEO Specialist Bilingüe - 100% Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Want to be at the forefront of SEO and AI? We're looking for a Full-Stack SEO & GEO Specialist to strengthen our internal team and guide the brand toward the answers provided by AI models and next-generation search engines.
🔑 Responsibilities
Technical SEO (Advanced Level)
Comprehensive audits: indexability, crawl budget, website architecture. Optimization of Core Web Vitals and mobile-first strategies. JavaScript SEO management (SSR, hydration issues). Implementation of schema markup (FAQs, How-Tos, Product, Organization, Author). Analysis of logs, sitemaps, robots.txt, and indexing monitoring. Coordination with product and development teams.
Optimized Content (SEO + GEO)
Intent-based strategies, not just keywords. Creation of pillar pages and semantic clusters. Conversational content (FAQs, Q&As, guides). Optimization for LLM citations. E-E-A-T: authority, sources, clarity, and verifiability. Supervision and writing in Spanish and English. GEO/LLM optimization (core of the role)
Optimization for citations in AI responses. Semantic retrieval and topic authority.
Analysis of how LLMs rephrase queries and select sources. Link building and authority
Quality strategies: Digital PR, guest posting, brand mentions. Link profile evaluation (toxicity, relevance). Building topic authority. Analysis, reporting, and experimentation.
Advanced use of GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio. SEO/GEO experiment design and real-world impact measurement. Generation of actionable insights for product and customer insights.
🎯 Requirements 2-3 years of real-world SEO experience (excluding content creation). English level B2+, C1
• Demonstrable experience in: Strategic content. Link building. Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written). Analytical mindset + execution skills. Genuine curiosity about AI, LLMs, and new search models. Ability to work in dynamic and less structured environments. OEA/GEO/LLMO. SaaS or B2B technology projects. Basic knowledge of: NLP, embedding, RAG (conceptual level).
• Experience working with: Technical or data-driven content Products in a growth phase.
• Active LinkedIn profile: Share insights. Provide opinions on SEO, AI, search, and marketing. We're not looking for "influencers," but for sound judgment.
• Advanced use of: Google Search Console, GA4. Ahrefs / Semrush / Screaming Frog Looker Research
• Ability to: Design SEO/GEO experiments. Measure real impact (without vanity metrics). Extract actionable insights for clients and products.
