Ta mission

En tant que Conseiller Succès Client et Croissance, tu seras responsable d’assurer une expérience client exceptionnelle tout au long du cycle de vie, tout en contribuant au développement des affaires lorsque requis. Ton rôle : assurer la satisfaction, la rétention et la croissance des comptes existants. Tu joueras également un rôle de soutien au développement des affaires dans certaines situations spécifiques. Ce rôle combine donc relation client, stratégie de rétention et contribution ponctuelle aux ventes.

• Gérer un portefeuille de clients actifs.
• Assurer l’adoption optimale des solutions.
• Maintenir une relation proactive et stratégique avec les clients.
• Identifier les opportunités d’optimisation et de croissance (upsell / cross-sell).
• Prévenir les risques d’attrition et intervenir en cas d’insatisfaction.
• Collaborer avec les équipes internes (ventes, produit, support).
• Assurer la documentation et le suivi dans le CRM.
• Prendre en charge des opportunités entrantes.
• Conduire des appels exploratoires et présentations.
• Préparer des propositions ou accompagner leur préparation.
• Participer à la négociation et à la conclusion de certaines ententes.

• Expérience en succès client, gestion de comptes ou service-conseil.
• Expérience dans un environnement technologique.
• Aisance avec les outils numériques (CRM, plateformes collaboratives, outils de visioconférence).
• Capacité à comprendre et expliquer des solutions technologiques de façon claire et accessible.
• Bonne compréhension du cycle de vente (atout important).
• Sens de l’organisation et gestion efficace des priorités.
• Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d’initiative.
• Approche orientée client et forte capacité d’écoute.
• Capacité à collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.
• Parfaite expression orale et écrite en français et en anglais.

Your mission

As a Customer Success & Growth Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle, while contributing to business development when needed. Your role is to ensure the satisfaction, retention and growth of existing accounts. You will also support business development efforts in specific situations. This role combines relationship management, retention strategy, and occasional sales contribution.

Your Day-to-Day

Every customer is different – and that’s what makes this role exciting!

• Manage a portfolio of active clients.
• Ensure optimal adoption of our solutions.
• Maintain proactive and strategic relationships with clients.
• Identify optimization and growth opportunities (upsell / cross-sell).
• Anticipate churn risks and intervene when dissatisfaction arises.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support).
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Handle inbound opportunities when required.
• Conduct discovery calls and product presentations.
• Prepare proposals or support their development.
• Participate in negotiations and help close certain agreements.


Requirements:
