Finalité de la fonction:

Rattaché au responsable encaissements et contentieux, le gestionnaire contentieux et

remboursements est en charge du traitement et suivi des dossiers contentieux ainsi que

des procédures collectives.

Il doit assurer la réception, gestion, traitement et suivi des demandes clients internes et

externes de remboursement en back up de la personne en charge, ainsi que toutes les

autres demandes non relatives aux remboursements (requêtes, demandes des cabinets

extérieurs)

Missions Principales :

Réception, Gestion, traitement et suivi des dossiers contentieux et procédures collectives :

• Traitement, gestion et suivi administratifs des dossiers à passer au contentieux pour le prestataire recouvrement
• Traitement, gestion et suivi des dossiers en procédures collectives pour lesprestataires
• Préparation et animation des copils mensuel avec les prestataires

Réception, Gestion, traitement et suivi des demandes autres que le

remboursement

• Traitement des requêtes et des demandes écrites des cabinets (demande de duplicata, justificatifs de solde, recherche de règlement
• Traitement, gestion et suivi administratifs des fichiers du prestataire de renseignement commercial avec gestion (mettre à jour les informations telles que SIREN, adresse, demande de résiliation, annulation des factures etc.)
• Traitement des fichiers de PND ou requêtes en cas de besoin et retard sur les files générales du service
• Traitement des fichiers de passages en pertes lors des opérations DAF
• Traitement des fichiers de virement à encaisser en back up si absence sur le pôle encaissement ou surcroît d’activité
• Traitement des requêtes ou autres fichiers nécessaires au Pôle

Réception, Gestion, traitement et suivi des demandes de

remboursement :

• Traitement des requêtes et des demandes écrites de remboursements avec réponse
• Préparation et saisie des demandes dans un fichier Excel afin de préparer et contrôler les sessions de remboursement
• Intégration des sessions dans SAP pour le traitement et émission des chèques de remboursement par le CSP Bagneux
• Réception, traitement, et copie des chèques reçus du CSP Bagneux après signature
• Envoi des chèques aux clients
• Transmission des dossiers au service courrier pour scan des dossiers et intégration dans les comptes clients
• Suivi des dossiers (retours, annulation à faire ....)
