Job Description

Nous recherchons un(e) Conseiller(ère) Portfolio senior pour contribuer à la gestion du portefeuille des projets CAPEX. La personne retenue soutiendra et conseillera la Directrice Bureau de projet à différents niveaux, en mettant l'accent sur le suivi de la performance du portefeuille de projets, en relation avec la mise en œuvre de la stratégie d’affaires.

Le(la) candidat(e) devra être disponible pour travailler en mode hybride. Il s’agit d’un contrat à temps partiel (environ 20h/semaine).

Responsabilités principales

• Mettre en œuvre des activités de planification du suivi du portefeuille (par secteur/programme).

• Créer et tenir à jour un tableau de bord pour analyser les principaux indicateurs de performance des programmes.

• Créer/concevoir des rapports visuels consolidant les données de projets provenant de différents programmes.

• Fournir aux vice-présidents et aux directeurs généraux une vision personnalisée des performances.

• Soutenir la priorisation des projets pour les exercices semestriels du plan stratégique (1-5-10 ans), en mettant régulièrement à jour les priorités des secteurs.

• Capitaliser sur ses activités dans une démarche d’amélioration continue.
