VOTRE MISSION

Rejoignez notre équipe de Montréal en tant que Media Buyer dans le secteur des études de marché.
Votre mission consistera à soutenir notre équipe dans la gestion des campagnes numériques visant à recruter des répondants pour nos clients.

RattachĂ©(e) Ă  l’équipe Growth – Internal Supply, vous participerez Ă  l’exĂ©cution de campagnes d’acquisition payantes B2B et B2C, ciblant une grande diversitĂ© de secteurs tels que l’automobile, l’alimentation et les boissons, le secteur public, les biens de consommation, et bien d’autres encore. Plus de 180 pays ciblĂ©s dans plus de 30 langues diffĂ©rentes.

Votre mission? Développer et optimiser des campagnes sur les réseaux sociaux pour recruter des répondants de haute qualité pour nos études, ainsi que nos communautés en ligne de consommateurs et de professionnels. Vous travaillerez avec des audiences hyper-ciblées, perfectionnant vos compétences pour devenir un expert en achat média dans des marchés spécialisés.

VOTRE QUOTIDIEN

‱ DĂ©velopper et mettre en place des stratĂ©gies de mĂ©dias payants sur des plateformes telles que Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn et Snapchat pour cibler des rĂ©pondants pour des sondages dans le monde entier.
‱ Assurer la gestion intĂ©grale des campagnes payantes, le suivi de leur performance et l’identification proactive des opportunitĂ©s d’optimisation.
‱ S’appuyer sur des outils d’IA et d’automatisation pour optimiser l’ensemble du processus des campagnes social media : gĂ©nĂ©ration et itĂ©ration des crĂ©atifs, paramĂ©trage des campagnes, pilotage des performances et analyse avancĂ©e des rĂ©sultats.
‱ Assurer le community management, incluant la modĂ©ration des interactions et la rĂ©ponse aux messages et commentaires.
‱ DĂ©velopper et maintenir une prĂ©sence cohĂ©rente et engageante sur les pages Facebook afin de renforcer la notoriĂ©tĂ© et la crĂ©dibilitĂ© des marques.
‱ Piloter et participer Ă  des initiatives visant Ă  la croissance du dĂ©partement et entreprendre des projets annexes qui contribuent au succĂšs global.

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES

‱ 1 - 2 ans d'expĂ©rience dans la gestion des mĂ©dias payants, de prĂ©fĂ©rence au sein d'une agence.
‱ Connaissances de Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager et Snapchat Ads Manager. La connaissance d'autres plateformes telles que X (anciennement Twitter), Reddit, la publicitĂ© native et la publicitĂ© programmatique est un plus.
‱ IntĂ©rĂȘt marquĂ© ou premiĂšres expĂ©riences avec des outils d’automatisation, d’analyse de donnĂ©es et d’intelligence artificielle appliquĂ©s au marketing digital (crĂ©ation, optimisation et pilotage des campagnes).
‱ Solides compĂ©tences analytiques pour l'analyse des performances et la production de rapports.
‱ ExpĂ©rience en marketing numĂ©rique B2B et en Ă©tudes de marchĂ© est un avantage significatif
‱ Excellentes compĂ©tences en communication Ă©crite et orale en anglais. Toute autre langue est un plus.

YOUR MISSION

Join our dynamic Montreal team as a Media Buyer in the market research industry.
Your mission will be to support our team in managing paid campaigns to acquire survey respondents for our clients.

As a member of the Growth – Internal Supply team, you will participate in executing paid B2B and B2C acquisition campaigns targeting a wide range of sectors such as automotive, food and beverage, public sector, consumer goods, and many others. Over 180 Countries targeted in over 30 languages.

Your mission? To develop and optimize social media campaigns that recruit high-quality respondents for our studies, as well as for our online communities of consumers and professionals. You will work with highly targeted audiences, honing your skills to become an expert media buyer in specialized markets.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

‱ Develop and implement paid media strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Snapchat to target respondents for surveys worldwide.
‱ Manage paid campaigns end-to-end, monitor their performance, and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
‱ Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize the entire social media campaign process: creative generation and iteration, campaign setup, performance management, and advanced results analysis.
‱ Handle community management, including moderating interactions and responding to messages and comments.
‱ Develop and maintain a consistent and engaging presence on Facebook pages to strengthen brand awareness and credibility.
‱ Lead and participate in initiatives aimed at departmental growth and undertake additional projects that contribute to overall success.

REQUIRED SKILLS

‱ 1 to 2 years of experience managing paid media, preferably within an agency setting.
‱ Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager. Familiarity with other platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, native advertising, and programmatic advertising is a plus.
‱ Strong interest in or initial experience with automation tools, data analysis, and artificial intelligence applied to digital marketing (campaign creation, optimization, and management).
‱ Solid analytical skills for performance analysis and reporting.
‱ Experience in B2B digital marketing and market research is a significant advantage.
‱ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of any additional languages is a plus.
