Le rôle

Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire de bureau qui sera responsable des opérations quotidiennes du bureau et de l’amélioration continue de nos processus administratifs. Vous serez la personne-ressource pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de l’environnement de travail — soutien aux employés, coordination des fournisseurs et services, maintien de contrôles administratifs, et création d’une expérience bureau efficace, accueillante et bien organisée.

Responsabilités principales


Mettre en place, revoir et améliorer en continu les procédures administratives et de gestion de bureau


Établir les priorités de travail, s’assurer que les procédures sont respectées et que les échéanciers sont rencontrés


Superviser et coordonner les activités administratives et les opérations quotidiennes du bureau


Planifier et coordonner les services de bureau, notamment :


besoins d’espace / hébergement et relocalisations


équipements, fournitures, formulaires et inventaire


disposition des actifs, stationnement et accès au bâtiment


coordination de l’entretien et de la sécurité


Appuyer la préparation du budget d’exploitation et maintenir les contrôles liés à l’inventaire et au budget


Suivre les budgets et les dépenses, en assurant une documentation claire et une gestion structurée


Compiler des données et préparer des rapports périodiques ou ponctuels, des manuels et de la correspondance


Effectuer la saisie de données avec rigueur et maintenir des dossiers administratifs à jour


Planifier et organiser des événements internes, programmes d’accueil et initiatives pour l’équipe


Gérer la logistique des événements (planification, coordination, fournisseurs, horaires et support sur place)

Profil recherché


Bilingue (français/anglais)


5+ années d’expérience pertinente en gestion de bureau, administration ou opérations


Études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe (ex. : administration, gestion, bureautique, opérations)


Excellentes compétences en organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique


Très bonnes aptitudes de communication (écrite et verbale) et approche orientée service


Capacité à structurer : documenter les processus, améliorer les façons de faire et assurer le suivi


Expérience en suivi budgétaire et coordination de fournisseurs (ou forte volonté d’apprendre)


Grande attention aux détails, discrétion et fiabilité


Expérience en startup, en tech ou dans un environnement en forte croissance

The Role

We’re looking for an Office Manager who will own the day-to-day office operations and continuously improve our administrative processes. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the workplace running smoothly—supporting employees, coordinating vendors and services, maintaining controls, and ensuring the office experience is efficient, welcoming, and well organized.

Key Responsibilities


Implement, review, and continuously improve administrative and office procedures


Establish work priorities, ensure processes are followed, and deadlines are met


Oversee and coordinate office administrative activities and day-to-day operations


Plan and coordinate office services, including:


Space/accommodation needs and relocations


Equipment, supplies, forms, and inventory


Asset disposal, parking, and building access


Maintenance and security coordination


Support operating budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls


Track budgets and expenditures, ensuring spending is organized and properly documented


Assemble data and prepare periodic/special reports, manuals, and correspondence


Perform accurate data entry and maintain clean administrative records


Plan and execute social events, guest programs, and internal initiatives


Manage event logistics (planning, coordination, vendors, schedules, and on-site support)

What You Bring


Bilingual (English/French)


5+ years of proven experience in office management, administration, or operations


Postsecondary studies in a related field (e.g., administration, office management, operations)


Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a service-oriented mindset


Ability to build structure: documenting processes, improving workflows, and following through


Experience with budget tracking and vendor coordination (or strong willingness to learn)


High attention to detail, discretion, and reliability


Experience in a startup, tech, or similarly fast-moving environment
