Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced German Team Lead for our Energy Audit Deutschland team based in Sofia. This leadership role involves overseeing and guiding a dedicated team focused on energy audit projects within the German market. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Energy Audit Deutschland team to achieve project goals and maintain high standards
• Coordinate and oversee energy audit projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to team members to enhance performance and professional growth
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and project delivery
• Monitor and report on team performance metrics and project progress
• Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and quality
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed

Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Proven leadership experience, preferably in energy audit or related fields
• Strong knowledge of energy auditing processes and standards
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia with a fully paid relocation package
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
