Dann freuen wir uns darauf, dich kennenzulernen! Wir suchen eine:n Technical Support Specialist zur Verstärkung unseres Berliner Support-Teams. In dieser Rolle bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Nutzer:innen, analysierst Probleme, beantwortest technische Fragen und stellst sicher, dass jede:r Kund:in das Beste aus unserer Plattform herausholt. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit deinem Team sowie mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um ein nahtloses Support-Erlebnis zu bieten, das unseren Anspruch an Qualität und Innovation widerspiegelt.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Betreuung unserer Kund:innen per E-Mail mit Klarheit, Empathie und technischer Tiefe

• Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Anfragen von Anfang bis Ende und Sicherstellung einer zeitnahen, effektiven Lösung

• Analyse und Troubleshooting komplexer Probleme zur Identifikation der Ursachen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Support, Produkt- und Engineering-Teams zum Austausch von Erkenntnissen und zur Lösung wiederkehrender Themen

• Mitarbeit an interner Dokumentation, Self-Service-Ressourcen und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Support-Prozesse

• Durchführung von Webinaren und Office Hours, um unsere Kund:innen mit Wissen zu befähigen

• Einsatz und Erprobung von KI zur Optimierung von Workflows, Automatisierung von Erkenntnissen und Steigerung der Support-Qualität

Dein Profil:

• Technisch neugierig und lernst neue Systeme schnell; es macht dir Spaß, Zusammenhänge in einem vielseitigen Produkt zu erkennen

• Erfahrung im Customer Support und im technischen Troubleshooting (SaaS-Erfahrung von Vorteil)

• Klare und sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch

• Gut organisiert, proaktiv und sicher im selbstständigen Umgang mit mehreren Prioritäten in einem dynamischen Umfeld

• Freude an konzeptioneller Arbeit sowie gute Projektmanagement-Skills, um Ideen in die Umsetzung zu bringen

• Hohe Motivation zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung – sowohl der Customer Experience als auch unserer Arbeitsweise

• Begeisterung für den Einsatz von KI, um deine Arbeit effizienter zu gestalten und neue Wege zu finden, Nutzer:innen zu unterstützen
