Your Opportunity

Germany is one of our most important markets — and 2026 presents a major opportunity to accelerate growth. We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing generalist who spikes in content, localization, and experimentation, and can adapt Leapsome’s global strategy to the needs of the German market.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to orchestrate high-impact programs for demand generation, brand awareness, and product storytelling.

You bring strong German communication skills, experience with AI-assisted workflows, and the curiosity and learning mindset of someone who loves experimenting. This is a foundational role in shaping what AI-enabled regional marketing looks like at Leapsome in 2026.

What is your job?

• Drive campaigns and localization for the German market across the full funnel. You’ll design and execute the localization strategy that drives significant growth in Germany in 2026 — from awareness to acquisition.

• Create and adapt high-quality content (articles, landing pages, email sequences, product messaging, webinar scripts, etc.) that authentically tells our story in German.

• Plan and execute localized campaigns in collaboration with global teams — orchestrating cross-functional inputs for multichannel execution (web, email, paid, product marketing, etc.).

• Use and refine AI workflows to accelerate localization, research, content production, and experimentation while maintaining high quality.

• Measure, learn, and iterate — analyzing performance to guide improvements in content and campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline.

Who are we looking for?

• A German marketing generalist with 5+ years of experience, ideally in B2B, with strengths in content creation, localization, and campaign execution.

• A native/near-native German writer with excellent copy skills across formats; strong English communication skills are required for internal collaboration.

• Someone who thrives in a generalist role but especially excels in content, experimentation, and AI-enabled workflows.

• A strong project manager who can lead cross-functional initiatives, juggle multiple work-streams, and deliver high-quality work at speed.

• A curious, proactive problem-solver who enjoys testing new ideas, iterating quickly, and adapting global narratives to the German context.

• A collaborator who works well with product, design, content, and revenue teams to bring localized programs to life.
