German-Speaking Logistics & Delivery Adviser - Sofia, Fully Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a motivated German-Speaking Logistics & Delivery Adviser to join our growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, providing expert advice and support on logistics and delivery services to ensure seamless customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage delivery operations, handle client inquiries, and resolve any issues that arise during the shipment process. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service and contributing to the continuous improvement of our logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to German-speaking customers on logistics and delivery matters via phone, email, and chat
• Coordinate shipment tracking and delivery schedules to meet client expectations
• Resolve customer complaints and delivery discrepancies efficiently and professionally
• Document all customer interactions, delivery status updates, and incidents accurately
• Work closely with logistics teams and third-party carriers to optimize delivery workflows
• Keep clients informed about the status of their shipments and any potential delays
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in logistics, delivery services, or customer support is highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation support
