German Speaking IT Security Manager (Corporate Security) (REF822R)

• Support the development of our security architecture
• Assist the implementation of security management processes
• Support and coordinate information security related projects
• Implementation of the corporate security policies and standards into company environment

• Developing, implementation, communication and constant improving of security concepts, policies, processes in the company
• Develop yearly audit plan and perform internal security audits resulting to audit evidence and mitigation plan
• Contribution and support to internal/external/customer audits
• Identification of information security risks resulting to mitigation strategy creation. Formalizing of the information security risks in the corporate information security risk  management tool
• Supports internal/external/customer audits (ISO, ISAE, SAPSEC)
• Regular meetings with security operational security officers

• Continuous operation and improvement of ISMS in his/her respective area of responsibility
• Creation of  security related KPIs, provide tracking of KPIs on regular basis including trends, recommendations for improvement
• Initiation and coordination of security projects

• University Degree with security or IT focus
• High-proficiency, C-level German language skills
• Several years practical experiences in Information Security
• Practical experience in Internal or External Audits – as lead auditor or co-auditor
• Relevant certifications e.g. CISSP, CISA, CISM, Security+, CCNA Security
• Skill in the use of M365 applications (incl. Sharepoint)
