German-Speaking IT Consultant for Financial Services Projects (m/f)

As our IT Digital Specialist, you will have the opportunity to shape innovative solutions for financial services clients in the DACH region. Collaborate with teams to influence business landscapes with cutting-edge solutions, delivering excellence in the banking and insurance sectors.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Collaborating with international teams from SK, CZ, and DE to deliver tailored technological and operational solutions for banking and insurance clients, leveraging your unique skills and expertise.

• Engaging directly with German-speaking clients, understanding their needs, and implementing IT solutions across various domains.

• Participating in diverse projects that span system, operational, and financial aspects, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.

• Traveling for training and collaboration; initially a two-week training in Prague followed by quarterly visits or more frequent trips as needed.

• Managing IT project solutions based on your role—whether in digital finance consulting, testing management, architecture, or data quality assurance—ensuring excellence in execution.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, with a focus on financial, banking, or insurance sectors.

• German language skills at C1 level for regular communication with DACH region clients.

• Specialized expertise based on your role:

• For Project Managers: Proven track record in managing diverse IT projects and leading cross-functional teams.

• For Business and Data Analysts: Strong analytical skills and experience in data modeling, analysis, and quality assurance.

• For Testers: Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and methodologies, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Flexibility and willingness to travel for training and collaboration across the region.

• Familiarity with modern IT tools and platforms related to your expertise (e.g., Atlassian suites, cloud services).

• Certifications relevant to your role, such as PMP, TOGAF, or certifications in data analytics or software testing.

Additional Information:

Final salary is subject to seniority and position. From 2 400 EUR/gross/monthly  (base salary is 2 100 EUR + regular monthly bonus 300 EUR for knowledge of the German language) 
For candidates with many years of experience, the salary is negotiable based on experience and proven seniority.
