Join our innovative team as a Data Governance & Quality Specialist, where you will drive impactful data initiatives in collaboration with international teams. This role offers you the opportunity to shape the future of data management and quality assurance within the DACH region, working primarily with clients in the financial and banking sector. You will be instrumental in fostering data literacy and optimizing data processes through strategic frameworks and cutting-edge technologies.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Data Governance & Innovation:
• Develop and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with data owners and platform teams to ensure consistent data governance.
• Drive the adoption of data governance tools like Collibra and Informatica.
• Promote data literacy through training and community engagement.
• Data Quality & AI Optimization:
• Design, implement, and maintain data quality frameworks.
• Integrate data quality functionalities in platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
• Implement AI methods to enhance data quality processes.
• Define data quality rules and generate reports using specialized tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• German language proficiency at C1 level.
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data-related roles.
• German language skills at a C1 level for collaboration with DACH region clients.
• Experience with data governance and quality assurance tools.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Additional Information:
Salary is subject to seniority and position.
• From 2,400 EUR/gross/monthly (base salary is 2,100 EUR + regular monthly bonus 300 EUR for German language proficiency).
• For candidates with extensive experience, salaries are negotiable based on proven expertise.
