Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in German through phone, live chat, and email

• Handle disputes professionally and escalate issues when necessary
• Stay knowledgeable about the latest gaming trends and compliance regulations

Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
