In this essential Entry Level role, you will serve as the primary contact for our German-speaking clients, providing them with expert guidance and support regarding our virtual assistant services. Your proficiency in German will be crucial in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in German via phone, email, and chat with inquiries and support requests
• Provide comprehensive information about our virtual assistant services and features

• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex client challenges
• Gather feedback from clients to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
