Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Real Estate Management Department for one of our clients! In this Entry Level role, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and assistance with their real estate inquiries and needs. Your ability to communicate fluently in German will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries in German via telephone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding property management, leasing, and real estate services
• Document client interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Provide detailed information about available properties and rental agreements
• Gather and analyze client feedback to improve processes and services
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of real estate management

Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally in real estate or property management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proactive approach toward ensuring client satisfaction
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with real estate management software is a plus
