Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in German via email, phone, and chat
• Assist content creators with questions regarding our platform and tools
• Document customer interactions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client concerns
• Guide clients on effective usage of the platform for optimal content creation
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and enhancements

Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in online or creative sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with online content creation and social media platforms is preferred
