Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated German Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Mobile Banking Services Department for one of our clients! In this pivotal Entry Level role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking clients as they navigate our mobile banking platform. Your proficiency in the German language will be crucial in ensuring clear communication and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding mobile banking features, transactions, and account management
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our customer relationship management system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
• Provide detailed information about services, products, and security measures
• Gather customer feedback to support continuous service improvement
• Engage in training sessions to stay updated on our mobile banking products

Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
