German Speaking Customer Support for Car Leasing & Financing Department

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Car Leasing & Financing Department for one of our clients! In this vital Entry Level role, you will be the primary contact for our German-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional support and information related to car leasing and financing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in German via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding car leasing and financing options
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues
• Offer detailed information about car leasing plans, terms, and conditions
• Gather customer feedback to facilitate continuous service improvement
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills

Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the automotive or finance sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and systems
