In this pivotal Entry Level role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our German-speaking clients, assisting them with insurance inquiries and claims processes related to automotive services. Your expertise will be essential in guiding customers and ensuring they understand their insurance options.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding automotive insurance policies and claims
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex insurance claims
• Provide detailed information about coverage options and claims procedures
• Collect feedback from clients to improve our services and processes
