Mercier Consultancy is looking for a German-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation support. Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries for German-speaking clients
• Provide customized solutions based on client requirements

• Support onboarding and training for new clients

Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.

• Strong customer service skills with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
• Previous experience in customer support or consulting is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation costs fully covered
