Job Description

Mercier Consultancy is in search of a dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Veterinary Services Department for one of our clients. In this essential Entry Level role, you will provide compassionate and knowledgeable support to our German-speaking clients, helping them with inquiries related to various veterinary services for their pets.

Your fluency in German will be critical as you assist pet owners with appointment scheduling, service inquiries, and general pet care questions. You will play a vital role in ensuring that clients receive the best possible care and support for their beloved animals.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat regarding veterinary services
• Assist clients with questions about pet health, available services, and appointment bookings
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a compassionate and timely manner
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure clients receive timely and accurate information
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery
• Stay informed about veterinary practices and the latest pet care advice


Requirements:
• Fluency in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and empathy for pet owners
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in veterinary or healthcare settings, is an advantage
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Passion for animals and providing top-notch care and support
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
