Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer a unique opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client, a Public Utilities Company, based in Greece. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to utility services.

Your fluency in German will be vital as you handle customer questions, service requests, and account management issues, ensuring that clients receive efficient and effective service. This position will allow you to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction within a vital sector.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in German through phone, email, and chat regarding public utility services
• Assist customers with service inquiries, billing questions, and account management
• Resolve complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requests and ensure prompt resolution
• Gather customer feedback to contribute ideas for service improvement
• Stay updated about public utility offerings and regulatory changes


Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Experience in customer service, preferably in public utilities or related fields, is a plus
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
