Mercier Consultancy is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Retail Department. In this vital role, you will provide outstanding support to our German-speaking customers, helping them navigate our online retail platform and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Your fluency in German will be crucial as you assist clients with inquiries related to product information, order processing, returns, and general customer support. By offering exceptional service, you will play an integral role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty within our online retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding product details, order status, and shipping information
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement of services and offerings
• Stay updated on current trends and promotions in the online retail industry


Requirements:
• Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
