Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Online Banking team in Athens, with fully paid relocation support. In this vital role, you will provide top-tier assistance to German-speaking customers, helping them navigate online banking services and ensuring their financial inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
Your fluency in German will be essential in delivering personalized customer support, assisting with account inquiries, transactions, technical support, and resolving any issues or concerns. As part of a dynamic team, you will play a key role in strengthening customer satisfaction and trust in our online banking platform.
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service in German regarding online banking services
• Assist customers with account management, transactions, troubleshooting, and security concerns
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Document interactions accurately in CRM and banking systems
• Collaborate with technical and security teams to address complex issues
• Stay updated on online banking products, regulations, and security protocols
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes
Requirements:
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within online banking or financial services
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with a keen understanding of security and privacy in banking
• Willingness to relocate to Athens; relocation expenses will be fully covered
• Proficient in using customer support software and CRM systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
